The professional s tool designed to straighten the legs of Integrated Circuits and MicroChips. The straightener will work with ICs from 6 pins up to 48 pins. The chip pin straightening tool also features a ground terminal should you require extra anti-static protection. Simply connect an earthed ESD wrist strap.

This versatile precision tool is dual-sided for a wide range of IC pin counts. The narrows side will reform 8,14,16,18 and 20 Pin ICs. The wide side will reform larger 24,28,40,42 and 48 Pin ICs.

An extremely handy tool for the shaping of legs on new ICs. Also ideal for reforming previously soldered chips removed from PCBs when reinstalling either directly to PCB or to IC Sockets for ease of future removal.
